one session – 75 mins

$35 - 75

Let’s see what we can uncover in a little over an hour. I suggest setting time aside before coming to the session to reflect and do some journaling. Think about how you’ve been feeling, how your relationships are going, and what your energy levels look like.

trio session - 60 - 75 min

$100

If you know there’s something in your life that needs to change, signing up for 3 sessions can help you stay accountable. This allows us to continue the work of reframing and rewriting your narrative. Please set aside 75 minutes for our first session.

Payment is accepted upon scheduling a session. After booking, you can send your payment to my Venmo or PayPal. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to receive a partial refund.

the shape of a session

Coaching sessions are currently held remotely on Google Meets and take about an hour. Our first session will be 15 minutes longer so I can get to know you a bit before we begin. The first 10 or so minutes are for grounding, meditation, and catching up. I will then ask guiding questions to help externalize any problems or obstacles you may be experiencing, which will allow you to look at your life more objectively and decide what elements you have control over and want to change. This can involve talking about experiences, feelings, stressors, relationships, insecurities, projects, creative blocks, or whatever is on your mind. Before coming to a session, I ask that people take time to reflect. Tune in to how you are doing, are there any particular goals or issues you would like to work on? Something you are grateful for? This can be similar to the process of setting an intention.

I encourage people to choose my trio session option. In order to become mindful in your every day, and make lasting change, regular coaching sessions can be a helpful way to keep yourself accountable and further your growth.

privacy practices

I currently practice using Google Meet. Google Meet is a secure network and they claim that unless a video call is recorded none of the data is stored.

I am not legally bound by HIPAA. I do, however, believe in the role of trust during my sessions. I do sessions in private rooms, away from earshot of others.I keep all identifying information of my clients private. I believe that if I genuinely want to do healing work, I have to be able to protect the privacy and intimacy of my practice; and if I fail to do so, my belief system tells me that I will see the consequences of it.
